 Acquaformosa lies on the flank of the formidable mountains of the Pollino National Park, where eagles fly among high peak – soft and rounded or steep and jagged – that offer a splendid view of two seas. The summits of the Orsomarso formation tower majestically over lush forests of beech, chestnut, maple, hornbeam, alder, and loricate pine, interspersed with broad valleys and unforgettable mountain shrines, in what is recognized as the wildest part of the entire Pollino National Park.  B&B Ka Batit is situated in a beautiful and panoramic spot at 800 metres altitude on the ground floor of a cottage. It is surrounded by an orchard, a vegetable garden, and fields; on the first floor lives the Bloise family. Outside it boasts ample parking, solar energy, and a small playground, and inside 3 spacious, well-let bedrooms, each with private bath, air conditioning, and TV. It has a common living room, with Internet access, many books and a fireplace. There is also a fully equipped, fully supplied kitchen for use by guests, complete with dining area where the breakfast of pastries made with local honey is served. Washing machine also available.
